Health Care Voices Founder Laura Packard Celebrates Enrollment Numbers, Encourages Americans to Get Covered Before the New Year
December 15 is the deadline to sign up for coverage that begins January 1st
DENVER — While the Affordable Care Act’s (ACA) 2022 Open Enrollment period does not end until January 15, tomorrow is the last day to enroll for coverage that begins on January 1st. Thus far, over 4.5 million Americans have enrolled in plans through the open enrollment period which began on November 1. Thanks to assistance from the American Rescue Plan, care is more affordable than ever and, as Americans continue to fight COVID-19 and recover from the greatest health insurance losses in U.S. history, now is a critical time to get covered.
