Organizing adults with serious medical conditions

About Us

We’re organizing adults with serious medical conditions and health care activists across the country as a force for change. We are an independent grassroots group of health care advocates for expanding access to affordable comprehensive health care, lowering the high cost of care in America, and making our health care system work better for all.

We offer free online media trainings for health care advocates, answer your health care & health insurance questions through our weekly Care Talk live streaming show and podcast, and much more. Our founder Laura Packard is a stage 4 cancer survivor and health care advocate in Alexandria, Virginia.
